On the second floor with elevator of a four-storey building, access is secured by a double door with digital code and badge. It benefits from an ideal location a few steps from Place de la Madeleine and its market, as well as Cours Mirabeau; to experience the life of an Aix resident on foot while having the benefit (optional) of private secure covered and closed parking in the building.
DESCRIPTION

The apartment is on the 2nd floor out of a total of 4 in a "building of character" with elevator and secure access by double door with digital code, videophone and badge. The front door of the apartment is a three-point locking door. The heating is electric and the radiators are recent.
With an area of about 50 m2 it overlooks the gardens of the building block. Very bright, it has all modern comforts.
It offers high-end furnishings and equipment for 2 or even 4 people (extra bed).
The use of the private covered and closed parking in the basement of the building and accessible by elevator is optional.
The apartment and its terrace are non-smoking and pets are not accepted.
